Our principals have worked and lived in the Northern Rivers since 2003 and are committed to delivering tall quality legal services to the region. Michelle has been a Northern Rivers resident since 2003, making the transition from senior positions with large Sydney firms to bring her experience to a regional firm. Being a Law Society Accredited Specialist in both business law and property law means that Michelle has a prosperity of experience in a wide variety of business, property and development matters. Having worked with a number of important law firms based in Sydney, Michael became a partner in 2001 before moving to the Far North Coast. Michael also represents commercial clients in Land and Environment Court litigation. Michael lives in Alstonville with his wife and their three children. Yvonne also acts in probate matters and family provision claims and litigation. Yvonne’s expertise is healthy regarded and she is regularly referred labor from local accountants and financial advisers. Whilst most of Yvonne’s practice focuses on wills and estates, she is also experienced in a variety of property matters including commercial and retail leasing and business sales. Yvonne has lived in the balling area for over 20 years and has raised a family throughout that time. She enjoys the social interactions that regional practice brings and applies a strongly smooth of objectivity and attention to detail to all matters that irritable her desk. When Yvonne is not occupied solid for clients, she enjoys laughter times with family and friends, frolicking in the surf and trawling through art galleries. Jonathan joined the steady in slow 2012 behind leaving Sydney where he studied law and worked as a solicitor. Jonathan practices extensively in: Local Government and Planning: advising and acting for councils, conducting local government prosecutions, required acquisitions, Land and Environment Court proceedings and appeals, local court proceedings involving environmental offenses, and acting for developers and landowners in relation to compliance action by councils. Jonathan has a personable approach to his clients, ensuring there is an good balance between legal considerations and the practical interests of the client. He is cozy serving the interests of diverse types of clients from individuals to important businesses and government organizations as well accepting the needs of not for gain organizations such as churches, charities and schools. Jonathan is very familiar with the far north coast having attended lofty school in Alstonville. Jonathan has a green thumb’ and when not at work, can be found somewhere in his backyard weeding, mowing, growing veges and planting a range of flora. He is also an amateur coffee roaster and barista. Jonathan, his wife (also a local) and their young children live in Wollongbar. Michelle is a local with experience in legal firms both here and in Sydney, acting for clients in the sale and purchase of their homes or the subdivision and sale of properties.
