INITIAL CONSULTATION The initial meeting will involve a discussion about your needs and ideas to create the best design solution for you. This process will involve a site visit and may involve photographs, sketches and notes to best represent your thoughts and design ideas. As part of the service, assistance is given in gaining any additional information required in your submission to Local Authorities. Whether you are submitting a Development Application, Complying Development or a Construction Certificate all the required documentation will be produced for the submission. WORKING DRAWINGS After finalising your design, preparation will begin for the submission of your plans. Council and Local Authority requirements will also be researched, particularly regarding site restraints, resulting in the best possible development solution for you and your property. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT Following the initial consultation your design ideas will be developed into preliminary sketch plans and elevations. A detailed fee proposal will be forwarded to you following this meeting. During this consultation details will be provided regarding the service provided and the associated fee structure. (more).
